Great Northern Field was the site for Menard's Third League action featuring the Thunder Bay Northern Lions BC and D.C. Divided.

Though he had a stellar game, Tyler Harris could not prevent his team, the Thunder Bay Northern Lions BC, from losing, 11-5, to the D.C. Divided. Harris belted 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. Bill Joseph, who is tied for 7th in the 3L in wins with 8, was the winning pitcher. Over 9 innings, he allowed 5 runs on 10 hits, with 4 walks and 4 strikeouts.

With two out in the top of the fifth, Juan Serrano put D.C. in front, 4-2, with a run-scoring single. The Divided went on to win the ballgame.

"Getting a lot of baserunners and getting some timely hits, it's a good combination," said Serrano.

The Divided sit in third place in the Third League with a record of 42-36.
