Nikolaj Molnar left his imprint on the 5-3 Thunder Bay win against the Charleston Battery. Molnar went 2-3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. The save went to Steve Hale, his 7th this season. Their 35-45 record puts the Northern Lions BC 10th in the Third League.

Molnar had a key at-bat for Thunder Bay in the top of the second. With a runner on 1st, he hit a 2-run home run. It was his 7th home run of the season and gave Thunder Bay an early 2-0 lead.

"I keep on showing up every day and trying to put up good at-bats and find good pitches to hit," said Molnar.
