The Kingston Ponies picked up a win at Megaffin Park, knocking off the Dayton Dirty Reds, 4-2. On the mound for Kingston was right-hander George Taylor. He played a key role in the triumph. Taylor, now 4-9, was the winner. In 7.2 innings, he gave up 5 hits, while striking out 6, walking 2, and allowing 2 runs. Jonathan Luna, the 16th overall pick in the 2045 draft, earned the save for Kingston.

Sean Porcell had a clutch at-bat with two out in the bottom of the sixth for the Ponies. Coming up with the bases loaded and Kingston trailing 2-1, he hit a 2-run single.

"We need to keep playing good baseball," Porcell told the Kingston Daily.

The Ponies now have a record of 30-57.
