Charleston Wins, Ku drives in 4 runs
The Charleston Battery knocked off the Las Vegas Flamingos, 9-1, at Charleston Armory. Ji-hoon Ku was a big reason Charleston won. The third baseman went 2-2 with a double and 2 walks. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. The Battery now have a mark of 42-50.

In the first inning, Ku had a bases-clearing double for Charleston. It was his 8th double of the season and put the Battery on top, 4-0.

Battery manager Don Lookingbill had nothing but praise for his players after an impressive win, calling the result one of the team's best performances of the season. "Everything just came together on our end," he said. "I didn't need to do too much."
