Northern Lions BC Walk It Off for 47th Win of Season
Thunder Bay center fielder Jack Lazarus had a 3-RBI performance, which helped his team down the Kingston Ponies, 6-3. The Northern Lions BC win now puts them at 47-45.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With one out, Lazarus hit a fastball from Sam van Elswijk for a 3-run home run. The Northern Lions BC, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"Some wins are easy and some are difficult, but either way we come to the ballpark ready to work hard every day," Lazarus told the Thunder Bay Chronicle.
