Pitcher Denzel Halford was sensational for the Dayton Dirty Reds in his team's 6-1 triumph over the Montana Pandas. Halford earned the win. Dayton goes to 42-53, Montana to 38-57.

Dayton center fielder Jon Griffin contributed a timely at-bat in the top of the first. With two down, he hit a fastball to center field for a 2-run single. It was his 50th hit of the season and put the Dirty Reds ahead, 3-0.

"Solid performance from our side," said Dirty Reds manager David Dodds.
