Bullets Pull Out Late Win, 4-3
|
The Baltimore Bullets scored a tight, 4-3 win versus the Boston Patriots at Baltimore Grounds. Baltimore pitcher Cheol-han Cho held his own in the contest. Baltimore pitcher Armando Trujillo earned the win, hiking his record to 9-2. Iiri Lahti suffered the loss. After today's action, Baltimore sits at 34-34, while Boston falls to 40-28.
Arturo Prado was the walk-off hero for Baltimore. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Bullets catcher hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Prado. "And not try to do too much."
