Hurricanes Earn Late 2-1 Win
|
In a low-scoring affair between the Cape Coral Hurricanes and the Buckhead Bowties, pitcher Andre Graham was the difference between victory and defeat. The Cape Coral right-hander earned accolades for his stellar performance in the 2-1 Hurricanes win. Now 41-63, Buckhead has dropped 14 games in a row.
A defensive lapse proved costly in the contest. With the game tied in the bottom of the tenth, an error by the Bowties allowed the Hurricanes to score the winning run.
"We came out on top and that's all I can ask for," said Graham.
