Patriots, Buchanan Deal Lighthouse 9-0 Setback
|
Boston starter Eric Buchanan kept the Long Island hitters in check, helping his team cruise to a win, 9-0. The Patriots lead the Premier League by 6½ games.
Buchanan was in the zone, shutting down Long Island hitters over 6 innings. Buchanan, who threw 90 pitches, allowed no runs on 1 hit. He also tallied 7 punchouts.
