Phil Drew, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2053 draft, was locked in. The left-hander led the Casper Ghosts to a 6-2 win against the Westwood Sixshooters at Sixshooters Stadium. Gerald Mathews was credited with the save for Casper, his 2nd of the season. The loss drops Westwood to 5-10.

Contributing to the Casper win was Wayne Graham. In the top of the fourth, the 25-year old center fielder had a run-scoring ground out. That made the score 4-2, the Ghosts in front.

"Phil did a good job of managing their lineup," said Casper manager Jerry Duke.
