Pine Island and Lancaster got after it at Farmers Field.

Despite a fine performance by third baseman Damon O'Neil, the Lancaster Farmers lost to the Pine Island Dolphins, 7-4. O'Neil went 2 for 3 with a home run. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Dallas Bullard earned the save for Pine Island, his 1st.

Pine Island used the hitting of Gus Polinski to pick up the win. The catcher clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Dolphins on top, 5-0. For the game, Polinski had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
