The Lancaster Farmers easily defeated the Pine Island Dolphins, 14-3, at Goodyear Hanger Dome, with shortstop Ronald Harris a main contributor to the win. He went 3-5 with 2 home runs. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3 for Lancaster. Randall Dean picked up the win with 8 innings of work. He allowed 3 runs on 6 hits, while walking 4 and striking out 5. On the season, he is now 3-0. The loss drops the Dolphins to 10-9.

Joe Crawford helped his team jump on top from the get-go. His first time up in the top of the first, he hit a 0-2 curveball from Brady Thomas for a run-scoring triple, to give Lancaster a 1-0 lead.

"We were the better team today. Maybe that won't be the case next game, but we'll enjoy it for now," Harris told the Lancaster Today.
