In a tight contest at Farmers Field, the Tacoma Fur Traders edged the Lancaster Farmers by the score of 5-4. Tacoma second baseman Cullen Clement, who blasted 1 home run, was a key contributor. With the win, the Fur Traders are 5-17.
Clement had an important at-bat with runners on 2nd and 3rd in the top of the sixth, when he hit a 2-run single. The Fur Traders went on to win.
"I put some good swings on the ball," said Clement.
