Fat Cats Rally Late to Clip Westwood
The Ottawa Fat Cats overcame a good performance by Westwood third baseman James Anderson to knock off Westwood, 4-3, in 11 innings at Sixshooters Stadium. Anderson went 2-4 with 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Ottawa has a record of 18-9, placing them second in the Menard's AA.

A defensive lapse proved costly in the contest. In the top of the 11th, with the game tied, Juan Leyva was at the plate when Ottawa scored 1 on an error. The miscue enabled the Fat Cats to go in front, 4-3.

"We're in a little funk right now and we've just got to get ourselves out of it," said Westwood manager .
