Mexico City starter Brandon Fox kept the Hollywood hitters in check, while his team cruised to a win, 10-1. The 9th-place Blue Demons now have a record of 29-43.

Gareth Kvernoey helped his team jump on top from the get-go. His first time up in the top of the first, he hit a 1-1 slider from Tom Ward for a bases-clearing double, to give Mexico City a 3-0 lead.

Mexico City manager JJ Hoban commended his team for "putting the pedal to the metal."
