The Ottawa Fat Cats picked up a win at Ballpark of Tacoma, dropping the Tacoma Fur Traders, 4-1. Júlio Díaz, who is tied for 10th in the 3AA in innings pitched with 45.2, was the difference-maker. Getting the save was Mark Wilson, his 10th. At 24-10, the Fat Cats are currently first in the Menard's AA.

José Guillén, who is tied for 3rd in the 3AA in doubles with 9, had a direct impact on the outcome. Guillén contributed a run-scoring ground out in the top of the third inning to put Ottawa up, 3-1.
