Getting offensive support from Steve Ferguson, the Northville Eclipse topped the Westwood Sixshooters, 6-4. Ferguson went 2-3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2 for the Eclipse. The Eclipse now own a record of 21-16.
Steve Smith went 1-3 with a double and 2 walks against the Sixshooters. With the game tied in the top of the ninth inning, he drew a walk, driving in 1 run that put Northville in front, 5-4.
"This is a great group to be a part of, and it's a big win for us," Ferguson told the Northville Times.
