The Richland Rails went home winners at Sixshooters Stadium, thanks in large part to starter Xiao-peng Le. Le stifled the Westwood Sixshooters, enabling Richland to grab the 7-1 win. Le yielded 1 run over 8.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 4 hits, walked 1, and struck out 2. His record improves to 5-1. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for the Rails.

It could have been a different outcome for Richland, had it not been for Edgar Sandoval, the 23-year old center fielder . Sandoval contributed a run-scoring triple in the top of the second inning to put Richland up, 1-0.
