The Pine Island Dolphins had to overcome a good performance from Ottawa pitcher Bob O'Reilly to claim a 3-1 win at Goodyear Hanger Dome. O'Reilly went 7.1 innings and allowed 3 runs. Marcus Lucas picked up the save, his 3rd. The 6th-place Dolphins have won 4 straight games.

Pine Island took control in the bottom of the sixth. With two out and runners on 1st and 3rd, Jesús Longoria hit a run-scoring single to make it 2-1, Dolphins.

"I'm just looking to see the ball, hit the ball," said Longoria.
