Dolphins Get Clutch Win, 4-3
The Dolphins earned a hard-fought, 4-3 win in 10 innings at Goodyear Hanger Dome. To do so required withstanding a fine effort from Ottawa pitcher Bob O'Reilly. O'Reilly went 5 innings and allowed 1 run. Reliever Fridon Zaminian picked up the win. His record improves to 3-0. Francisco Valenzuela, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2058 draft, took the loss. Pine Island, at 20-24, holds down 8th place in the Menard's AA.

The Dolphins got a clutch hit from second baseman Rob Fowler. In the bottom of the tenth, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Dolphins.

"This kind of game is tough on the heart," said winning manager Alfonso Dolton.
