|
Jorge Cruz was a major contributor to the 6-4 Toledo win over Chesapeake. The Saboteurs center fielder went 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. Toledo is now 27-18.
In the top of the eighth, the Saboteurs grabbed the lead when Cruz hit his 8th home run of the season. The 2-run home run off Britt Peck made it 4-3, Toledo.
