The New Orleans Voodoo, with some walk-off drama, delighted their fans at The Voodoo Lounge.

The Mexico City Blue Demons could not turn a fine performance from pitcher Mark Bowden into a win. Instead, the New Orleans Voodoo prevailed, 6-5. Bowden threw 8.0 innings allowing 4 runs. With the win, the Voodoo have a record of 40-34.

New Orleans got a knockout punch from Shu-yaan Hor. The designated hitter hammered a 3-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

"I like the grit of this ballclub," Hor said.
