Extra-Inning Walk-Off Win for Cattlemen
The Ft. Worth Cattlemen took Boston pitcher Martin Luther's best shot and still were able to claim a win at The Cattle Pen. The final score had Ft. Worth getting past the Patriots, 5-3. Luther went 6.2 innings and allowed 2 runs, striking out 4. The win was credited to Marc Potts in relief. His record improves to 4-3. Byron Cramphorn took the loss. The win gives Ft. Worth a season record of 44-31.

Dhataki Pummy won the game for Ft. Worth when homered off Byron Cramphorn in the bottom of the tenth.

"It's always nice to be on the winning side," Pummy told the Ft. Worth Herald. "But we take nothing for granted."
