Stevenson Leads Richland to 2-0 Win
Richard Stevenson, who is tied for 10th in the 3AA in complete games with 1, was terrific for the Richland Rails in his team's 2-0 triumph over the Billings Polar Bears. His performance earned Stevenson rave reviews. Ukko Markkanen recorded his 1st save for Richland. Richland, at 32-30, occupies 7th place in the Menard's AA.

Richland starter Richard Stevenson was a master of his craft. The left-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits over 8 innings.

"We made a couple of mistakes," said Billings skipper César Guerra, "and it cost us."
