The Gwinnett Guinea Pigs had their hands full with Arizona Javelina starter Will O'Halloran, who frustrated Gwinnett hitters while leading Arizona to a comfortable, 7-1 win. Arizona is now 37-26, Gwinnett 30-33.

Arizona used the stroke of Corey Nichols to get the win. The shortstop hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the second inning to put the Javelina ahead, 3-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it did its damage.

"I like the roll we're on," said Arizona manager León Domínguez.
