Buffalo designated hitter Andrés Durán was sensational. He was 2-4 with 2 home runs and a walk. But it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. New Orleans beat the White Walkers, 5-4. Bob Douglas notched his 16th save in 16 chances. The 4th-place Voodoo now have a record of 41-35.

Shu-yaan Hor went 1 for 1 with a double and a walk for New Orleans. With two out and the game tied in the top of the seventh inning, Hor, who is tied for 10th in the PL in bases on balls with 28, had a clutch at-bat. Facing Buffalo hurler Andrew Haney, he drew a walk, driving in 1 run to give the Voodoo a 4-3 lead.

"I was a little disappointed," said Buffalo manager Chris Lau. "We could've and should've scored more runs."
