The Ottawa Fat Cats and Minnesota Loons left the fans buzzing.
Starting pitcher Daniel Shields did his part in helping the Minnesota Loons thwart the Ottawa Fat Cats, 3-0. The winner was Shields. He threw 6.1 innings of shutout ball. The loser was Júlio Díaz.
