Ghosts Pull Off Thrilling 6-4 Win in Extras
Casper starter Joe Proctor pitched well against the Squirrel Hill Pierogis at Field of the Rawhides. The right-hander led his team to a win, 6-4, in 10 innings. Casper reliever Brian Dalton got the win, raising his record to 3-3. Cipriano Flores was tagged with the loss. The save was credited to Don Walker, his 17th.

Casper used a clutch hit from Max Pegrum to get the win. The center fielder drilled a 3-run home run in the top of the tenth inning to put the Ghosts ahead, 6-3. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a doozy.

"Joe's not intimidated by who's stepping into the batter's box," said Casper manager Caetano Alfena.

Casper is in 9th place in the Menard's AA with a record of 35-43.
