The Tacoma Fur Traders downed the Ottawa Fat Cats, 5-3. The hitting star was shortstop Todd Davis. Davis went 3-3 with 3 singles and a walk for the Fur Traders. Earning his 1st save of the year was Henry Coffey. With the win, the Fur Traders are 25-54.
Davis had a big at-bat with runners on 1st and 2nd in the bottom of the fourth inning, when he hit a run-scoring single. The Fur Traders went on to win.
