Sixshooters Earn Win with Late Rally
The Westwood Sixshooters faced a tough opponent in Virginia Beach pitcher Hou-kang Wu, but found a way to pull out the victory at Sixshooters Stadium by a final score of 1-0 in 11 innings. Wu went 7.1 innings and allowed no runs. Westwood pitcher Manny Rodríguez got the win, upping his record to 4-3. Cristovão Mineiro got the loss. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for the Sixshooters.

The Sixshooters got a clutch hit from left fielder Pedro Miranda. In the bottom of the 11th, he hit a run-scoring single to left, to win the game for the Sixshooters.

Miranda called the win "a collective effort."
