Riding the 3-hit performance of the slugging right fielder Tyler Adams, the Hollywood Shredders stopped the Boston Patriots, 7-2. The win puts the Shredders at 41-37, while the Patriots drop to 50-28.

Jesús González hit a 2-run double off Bobby Bowles in the bottom of the second, which put the Shredders in front, 2-0. In addition to the double, González had 1 single, while going 2 for 4.

"We need better swings, better at-bats," said losing manager Tyler Carter.
