The New Orleans Voodoo weathered an outstanding game by Ft. Worth second baseman Mhelter Tejano to topple the Cattlemen, 7-6. Tejano was 4-4 with a triple and 3 singles. At 47-31, the Voodoo have a slim two-game lead in the Premier League.

The game came to a dramatic end. In the bottom of the ninth, with New Orleans trailing 6-4, Victor de Bree hit a fastball from Marc Potts for a 3-run home run, giving the Voodoo the walk-off win.

"Every win gets us closer to our ultimate goal," said de Bree.
