White Walkers Rally to Eke Out Win
Rubén Vargas did all he could to help his team win. In the end, though, it wasn't enough to spare the New Orleans Voodoo an extra-inning, 5-4 loss to the Buffalo White Walkers at Beyond the Wall. Vargas went 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 runs. Buffalo pitcher Andrew Haney got the win, upping his record to 1-2. Bob Flannery got the loss. Buffalo is now 36-42, while New Orleans is 42-36.

The game-ending blow was delivered by Tyler Adams in the bottom of the tenth. That's when he hit a run-scoring double off former first round draft pick Bob Flannery to win it for Buffalo and cause the home crowd to erupt in celebration.

"Great to get the crowd on its feet," Adams said.
