Casper Ghosts starter Boyd Montgomery was in a rhythm all game. He led his team to a win over the Virginia Beach Whales, 2-1. Montgomery, the winner, moves to 4-1. He threw 5 innings of 2-hit ball, while fanning 5 and giving up 1 walk. Jesús Solís was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 8 of 9 save opportunities.
