The Northville Eclipse, behind a great outing from Zhi Ling, who is tied for 2nd in the 3AA in wins with 10, defeated the Toledo Saboteurs, 3-1, at Old-Timers Park. Ling got the win, improving to 10-4. He gave up 2 hits and walked 4 over 7.1 innings. He allowed 1 run. By defeating Toledo, the 5th-place Eclipse improved to 50-46.

Setiawan Pakpahan had a key at-bat with two out in the bottom of the third for Northville. With the bases loaded and the Eclipse leading 1-0, he drew a walk, driving in 1 run.

"Zhi is a tough competitor," said Northville manager Daniel Katz.
