The Yakima Hops picked up a win at Hops Park, knocking off the Westwood Sixshooters, 3-2, in 11 innings. On the mound for Yakima was left-hander Bobby Graham. He played a pivotal role in the triumph. Yakima is now 54-45. Westwood is 45-54.

Up to bat in the bottom of the 11th, 24-year old left fielder Iván Cervantes had a chance to be the hero. Westwood pitcher Danny Dean wanted to foil that plan. But with one out, Cervantes drew a walk, driving in 1 run. The Hops had themselves a thrilling win.

"The crowd was raucous," said Graham.
