Farmers Use Late-Game Magic to Beat Ghosts, 5-3
Led by Chris Ledesma, the Lancaster Farmers defeated the Casper Ghosts, 5-3. Ledesma was 1 for 1 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for the Farmers. Alberto Gonzáles, now 3-0, picked up the win in relief. He allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2 innings. Lancaster raised its record to 53-47 with the win.

Ledesma had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the eighth. On a 1-0 fastball from Jesús Solís, he banged a 2-run home run to right, giving the Farmers a 5-3 lead. It was the 9th home run of the year for Ledesma.

"I give credit to my teammates for this win. We got it done," Ledesma told the Lancaster Bulletin.
