The Pine Island Dolphins picked up a win at Goodyear Hanger Dome, knocking off the Northville Eclipse, 7-4. Starting pitcher Rory Taylor played a key role in the triumph. The save was credited to Dallas Bullard, his 12th. The Dolphins, at 50-51, sit in 7th place in the Menard's AA.

Roberto Vargo, the Pine Island left fielder, contributed a 2-run single in the bottom of the sixth inning to make the score 7-4, Dolphins. For the game, Vargo was 1-3 with a walk. He drove in 2 runs.
