Polar Bears Snatch Late-Game, 9-8 Win
The Billings Polar Bears withstood a fine game by Providence third baseman Morgan Chaundler at The Igloo, to upend the Pilgrims, 9-8. Chaundler belted 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Billings is now 11-5.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the tenth inning, when Billings second baseman Hank Sutton, facing Chris McElroy, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Polar Bears the 9-8 win.

"The boys were really swinging the bats today," winning manager Justin Broadfoot said.
