5 Straight Wins for Rocketeers
Preston Wilson helped his team muscle past the Northern Virginia Rainbow Mermaids, 5-2. In the game, the Seattle center fielder was 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. José Correa sewed up the save, his 10th. The second-place Rocketeers have won 5 straight.

Wilson had a game-changing home run in the top of the eighth. On a 0-2 fastball from Juan Carlos Mejía, he banged a 3-run home run to right-center, giving the Rocketeers a 5-2 lead. It was the 1st home run of the year for Wilson.

"It's nice to deliver when your team's counting on you," said Wilson.
