Toledo Shut Out by Pease
In an outstanding mound performance, Gulf Coast Turbeaus starter Sebastian Pease fired a complete-game shutout against the Toledo Saboteurs at Mobile Home Park.

Pease was the key to the 5-0 Gulf Coast win. The 23-year-old right-hander was in high spirits for much of the game, his mood largely unfazed by the 1 hit and no walks he allowed.

"1 hit?" he said with a laugh following the game. "Listen, I'd be happy with a 30-hitter, as long as it was a shutout."

For the season, Pease is 1-and-1 with no saves and a 1.76 ERA. He has given up 5 hits in 15.1 innings with 14 strikeouts.
