Northville beat Ft. Polk South on the strength of starting pitcher Pedro Soto's fine effort. The right-hander led his team to a win, 5-0. The Eclipse have an impressive 19-12 record.

Soto earned the win, going 7 strong innings for Northville. The right-hander allowed just 1 hit, while striking out 7. Ft. Polk South hitters had little success against him.

"Pedro did a good job mixing and matching," said Northville manager Daniel Katz.
