MotorBoaters Win with Late Rally
The Lake Murray MotorBoaters had to overcome a fine effort from Gulf Coast pitcher Artie Jones to win, 4-3, at Heron Field. Jones went 7.2 innings and allowed 3 runs. With the win, Lake Murray upped its record to 16-16.

The climactic moment came in the bottom of the tenth for Lake Murray. That's when Ryan Hudson, the 28th overall pick in the 2053 draft, hit a run-scoring double off Kenny Flint to win the game. The home crowd erupted in celebration.

Hudson said his team "played with focus."
