Fur Traders Win Nail-Biter
The Tacoma Fur Traders defeated the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks, 4-3, in 11 innings in USSL Double A action at Ballpark of Tacoma. Tacoma pitcher Eduardo Soto had a standout performance. Dean Kluin picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 2-2. Adam Hill, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2055 draft, was tagged with the loss. Tacoma occupies 9th place in the Silver AA at 17-25.

Lawrence Hobbs clinched the win with a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the bottom of the 11th. In the game, the Tacoma right fielder drove in one run.

"He who laughs last laughs best," Hobbs said, postgame.
