White Walkers Suffer 4-1 Home Defeat

Vancouver and Buffalo got after it at Beyond the Wall.
Russ T. Nayle pitched well, but his team, the Buffalo White Walkers, still dropped a 4-1 decision to the Vancouver Grey Wolves at Beyond the Wall. The 7th-place Grey Wolves have a record of 36-49.
Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Vasan Parthiban? The Vancouver first baseman had a run-scoring double in the top of the third inning to put the Grey Wolves on top, 2-0. For the game, Parthiban had 1 double and 2 singles in 4 at-bats.
"At the end of the day, it's always about your starting pitcher," said Vancouver skipper David Krause.
