In a low-scoring affair between the Billings Polar Bears and the Toledo Saboteurs, pitcher Micheal Richardson was the difference between victory and defeat. The Billings left-hander earned accolades for his stellar performance in the 2-0 Polar Bears win. Richardson picked up the win for Billings, going 6.2 innings. He gave up no runs on 3 hits. He now sports a record of 3-3. Getting the save was Nick Price, his 3rd.

Billings took the lead, 2-0, on Tim Robinson's 4th home run of the season. The solo home run came off Toledo pitcher Allan Reid in the bottom of the seventh.

"The effort we put into this one paid off," Robinson said.

The second-place Polar Bears improved to 28-20.
