Turbeaus Deal Saboteurs 4-3 Loss
|
A good performance from first baseman Jae-gor Yun helped the Gulf Coast Turbeaus defeat the Toledo Saboteurs, 4-3. Yun was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 times for the Turbeaus. Gulf Coast has now won 3 in a row.
Gulf Coast needed the clutch hitting of Paul Sherman to seal the deal. The first baseman swatted a 3-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Turbeaus on top, 4-3. For the game, Sherman had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
"We'll pop the top on a cold beverage and get back to work tomorrow," Sherman said.
