The Seattle Rocketeers downed the Mexico City Blue Demons, 9-4, at Boeing Dome. Jorge Beguer led the way, going 2-for-3 for Seattle. Seattle now sports a record of 41-45.

In the bottom of the first inning, second baseman Luigi Mangione had a 3-run home run for Seattle. It was his 13th home run of the season and put the Rocketeers on top, 3-0.

"Getting a lot of baserunners and getting some timely hits, it's a good combination," said Mangione.
