Seattle left fielder Alberto Montés played a vital role in his team's 11-7 conquest of Northern Virginia. He went 3-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 4 runs and driving in 3 for Seattle. With the win, Seattle raised its record to 49-37.
