Starting pitcher Mannus Klapwijk was a major factor in the 5-1 Northville Eclipse triumph over the Ithaca Fighting Imps. Paul Scott closed it out for his 2nd save. The win makes Northville 33-27.

Setiawan Pakpahan dealt the Fighting Imps a blow in the bottom of the sixth. Batting with runners on 2nd and 3rd and Northville leading 2-1, Pakpahan, who is tied for 8th in the SAA in hits with 71, hit a first pitch slider for a 2-run single.

"Throwing strikes was the main thing," Klapwijk said.
