Gallegos Helps Polar Bears Beat Pierogis, 9-5
The Billings Polar Bears beat the Squirrel Hill Pierogis, 9-5, at The Igloo. Raúl Gallegos, who is tied for 7th in the SAA in triples with 2, starred for Billings. He went 3 for 5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4. The Polar Bears raised their record to 29-37.

In the bottom of the sixth, the Polar Bears grabbed the lead when Gallegos hit his 4th home run of the season. The grand slam home run off Sean Jones made it 8-5, Billings.

"The name of the game is scoring runs," Gallegos said. "We did a good job of that today."
